husband lost ring should I believe his story as to how?

my husband went out last night with his uncle (single uncle) and confessed this morning that while at the bar he spilled something on his ring and took it off wash his hands. instead of putting it back on he put it into his pocket. so now he has lost his ring. I really think that he may have been trying to talk to a woman or look available. I have never known him to take off his ring. not to shower, not when he puts on lotion nothing! So now he took it off and I don’t buy why he did not put it back on. Do you think I should believe his story which sounds innocent OR does this look like a sign of infidelity?

Here’s a harsh fact, you get more attention with the ring on ’cause they know you won’t kiss & tell.

Looks like he was trying to be one of the single boys and look available. I confront him about it and demand the truth, because wy after he washed his hands and THE RING wouldn’t he put it back on? That is messed up. He shouldn’t have never taken it off in the first place. It looks like a sign of maybe not cheating but def deception..

He took it off at a bar with another single guy… I’m going to tell you what you obviously already know, he did it to try and talk to women.

Now, if it went any further than that, who can say…
