I mean she may have some medical condition she is not aware of or maybe it's her hormones. If you really love your wife than you should try all you can before jumping to the end of the relationship! Maybe if you try to sound more supportive as to why this is happening to her instead of why she is doing this to you she might let you in and express what's going on or be more willing to seek help.
